The Virgin Island Heritage of Ruth' mission is to collect, preserve, and share the rich history of our family with the world. We are committed to providing and are encouraging a deeper understanding and appreciation of our past, the present and the future.
Virgin Island Heritage of Ruth is also a living body of knowledge which includes photographs and documents, of Ruth's Lineage and family relationships.
Virgin Island Heritage of Ruth was founded in 1975 by a group of family members who recognized the need to preserve the rich heritage of our family history and also realized that the family had grown to a point where family members were complete strangers to each other. This situation needed to be rectified

Louisa “Gigi” married William Prince “Bill”. Had 9 children. Lived on the North side of St. Croix in an area called Big LaGrange.Fourth Generation: Mary Josephine Prince (born February 27, 1877.)Married Daniel T. Wallace, who came from Barbados to St. Croix as a baby with his mother who was a slave. They had 9 children beginning when she was 17
